For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post. For domestic buyers, orders are dispatched via registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.
As per our Sanitary Pads Delivery Policy, orders are shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines are subject to courier company or postal authority norms.
GREENRICH ENVIRO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our responsibility under the Sanitary Pads Delivery Policy is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier partner within 3–5 business days from the date of order and payment confirmation.
All deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order. Confirmation of service delivery will be sent to the registered email ID provided during purchase.
